Antique Blue Opaline Milk Glass stopper of some kind. Hand Blown Vintage Bohemian (?).
RATING FOR THIS ITEM is: GOOD!
This is a stopper that is actually a stopper or Epergne part or possibly a candle holder.
It does have a 19 written on the bottom of the stopper which is not removable- I tried.
An extremely high percentage of my items are VINTAGE AND RARELY NEW.
