Bullet Proof Diesel 6.0L Square H-Core EGR Cooler is made with stainless steel tubing and has all joints and seems TIG welded for a quality controlled fit every time. This new version of the square cooler for the Ford 6.0L engines features Bullet Proof Diesel's patented H-Core technology. The H-Core works by using twisted sets of tubing in place of traditional straight or rigid tubes. By twisting the tubing, they are able to flex and move - greatly reducing stress on the bulkheads and seams. This also allows us to stack the tubing very close together, allowing for more tubing - and cooler EGR gas - than would be with traditional straight tubes.
Fits all 6.0L Ford Power Stroke Diesel trucks manufactured on or after 9/22/03 up through 2007 model year
Vacuum Brazed and Tig Welded for strong seams
