    Draft script for the 1970 television film which aired on CBS on November 20, 1970, here under the working title "The Man in the Back Seat," with annotation on top right margin in holograph green marker of "Pt. of Fisherman." This makes reference to the film's two "fisherman" roles, played by Richard Romanus and Joseph V. De Santis.
    David Janssen, again a fugitive, is Adrian Vico, fleeing to Mexico, after shooting his wife's lover, in Ernie Green's cab, played by the brilliant Yaphet Kotto.
    Set in Los Angeles, shot on location in Los Angeles and San Diego, California.
    Olive green titled wrappers. Title page present, dated February 17, 1970, with credits for screenwriter Marvin A. Gluck and story by Collier Young. 106 leaves, with last page of text numbered 101. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only, with blue and pink revision pages throughout, dated variously 4/14/70 and 6/10/70. Pages Near Fine, wrapper with vertical crease, else Near Fine, bound with two gold brads.
