Retired DEA agent, John Hatcher (Steven Seagal), returns to his hometown of Lincoln Heights, Illinois, only to discover it taken over by a vicious Jamaican drug lord, Screwface (Basil Wallace). Intent on driving the dealers out, Hatcher crosses paths with Screwface, who vows Hatcher and his family are "Marked for Death."
Set in Chicago, Illinois, shot on location in Los Angeles, Pasadena, Monrovia, Carpinteria,Santa Clarita, and Saugus, California, and Jamaica.
