You are looking at a vintage
CRAFTOOL USA
metal punch or stamp that can be used for accenting handmade
wallets, purses, leather belts, key rings, lighter cases, leather jewelry, Bible holders, or whatever else you want to stamp.
The decorative portion of this stamp is called a

tamp
.
There is a number of
H904
on the stamp, the words
Craftool USA,
and the
previous owners engraved initials
close to where the Craftool USA name and number is located
.
This leather working punch stamp is being sold in good used condition.  As previously stated, the previous owner has engraved his initials on this item.
There are dark spots on the handle of this stamp.
