This gorgeous bit is a Leverage 1 design which will help get your horse's weight off of his forehand, while encouraging him to break at the poll. The jointed mouthpiece (especially with the hobble bar at the bottom removed) also allows you to work on your horse’s shoulders individually too, keeping him from leaning or dropping them in a turn or lead change. Its lower port is easily acceptable to horses that are transitioning from an Argentine type snaffle, and besides all that it’s pretty enough to just hang on the wall.
The bit cheeks are a hand-engraved German silver on stainless steel, and mouthpiece is sweet iron with copper roller bars. The copper roller bars on the mouthpiece will add about 20% more "feel" than the same mouthpiece would have without them.
