    Based on the classic 1940 comic fantasy novel by Frank Baker, wherein the titular 'fictional' character, created as a prank by protagonists Norman and Henry, suddenly appears in real life, and proceeds to wreak havoc on their lives.
    Blue titled wrappers, with rubber-stamped copy number, dated May 15, 1946, with credits for screenwriter Mel Dinelli. Distribution page present, with receipt intact.
