    Final Draft script for the 1934 pre-Code film musical, here under the working title "Hot Air." Holograph annotations in pencil on front wrapper and throughout. Multiple leaves watermarked with the name of the mimeograph company "Waterfalls Mimeograph duplication."
    A pre-Code musical comedy following a singing waiter on his rise to fame as a radio star, aided by his wife, whose own career in radio is flagging, and a dishonest agent. Ginger Rogers' performance as the waiter's wife was widely praised, and subsequently proved to be her breakthrough role.
    Blue titled wrappers, with holograph notation in pencil marking the changed title, noted as FINAL on the front wrapper, rubber-stamped copy No. 79. Distribution page present, with receipt removed. Title page present, dated 12/20/33, with credits for screenwriters Warren Duff and Harry Sauber. 125 leaves, with last page of text numbered 121. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, with some yapping and wear at the edges. Bound with two gold brads.
