"How to Sub-let" is the second-to-last of beloved Algonquin Round Table humorist Robert Benchley's "How to" shorts, which included the 1935 Academy Award winning "How to Sleep," with his signature (and untrue) affinity for being lazy throughout the script. Set in an apartment in an unknown city.
