I build and sell this quality stitching pony in my shop in Weatherford, Texas.   I built these first in 1998 and sold hundreds to a well known leather, and leather tool company.
It is called the Ken Brown stitching pony and is made of solid oak construction with leather covered clamping jaws.  It stands about 32 inches tall just right for use with your favorite  chair, or bench. The locking mechanism is operated with your foot and leaves your hands free to position your work piece.  One of the most unique features is the 360 degree swiveling action that allows the user to position the material at exactly the most desired angle for easy stitching or lacing.
In addition to all other features and benefits, this stitching pony has a hand rubbed oil finish that adds beauty and durability to this top quality piece of  leather working equipment.
