    A story set in ancient Greece, at the palace of Odysseus, involving Penelope (daughter of Icarius of Sparta, wife of Odysseus, mother of Telemachus), Telemach (Telemachus), Antinous, Parakles, and other Greek personalities. Homer's "Odyssey" tells the story of how, during her husband's long absence after the Trojan War, many chieftains of Ithaca and nearby islands became Penelope's lovers.
