Unmarked German Silver Barrel Race Gaming Dog Bone Roller Snaffle Gag 5.25 inch
This is an unmarked lightly used pre-owned dog bone gag gaming bit used by barrel racers and other horsemen to tune up horses that are lugging on the bit.  The shanks feature three engraved German silver bars on each side.  The 5-1/4 wide by 3/8 diameter dog bone mouthpiece gag allows full control of horse's shoulders during lateral maneuvers.  Works excellently on horse that drop their shoulders and those that root their heads down when they stop.  This bit helps maintain the head up into noseband.  The bit features three roller rings to pacify the horse.  This is an advanced
bit and should be used by an experienced horse owner on a well broke horse.
This bit encourages the horse to flex at the poll and submit softly to the bit.
The dogbone mouthpiece measures 5-1/4 inches across by 3/8 inches wide.  The total length of the shanks is 6 inches and the length of the gag portion is 1 inch.
