Vintage Amber Lucite Acapulco Souvenier w/ Shells & Clear Glass Ashtray Insert

Up for bid is a vintage souvenier ashtray from Acapulco, Mexico.  It measures 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" and about 1" tall.  This is 2 pieces.  The ashtray is clear glass about 3 3/4" in diameter.  This sits perfectly in a lucite base the is clear on the top and amber on the bottom, so the amber color shows nicely from the top.  Inside the lucite are shells and a few sprigs of greenery.  In the center is the image of a hotel and beach scene complete with bathing beauties walking  on the beach.  There is a nick on the inside rim of the lucite that is covered by the ashtray.  This older piece does have some bubbles in the lucite and slighty wear line where the ashtray sits. All is unseen  when the ashtray is in place.  This estate find is a cool souvenier that may remind you of a special time spent in Acapulco!  You could certainly choose to display without the ashtray insert.
