you are buying a vintage  dick Tracy pin back that says member of the secret service patrol...  not sure of age?? also included is:
the BIG LITTLE BOOK, dick tracy and the boris arson gang, from the famous comic strip, chester gould, top shows lite brown as shown in photos, 1935- but otherwise than that -book has NO issues, and is in good condition.....nice illustrations-all pages tite to binding
