Vintage Pre WW1 US Army General Officer's Dress Epaulettes

Old pair of epaullettes / shoulder boards with rare embroidered US Coat of Arms eagle badges.
These were for US Army General's dress uniforms ( Full dress / Frock coat / mess jacket ) , eagle coat of arm was added for generals in 1902 regulation
As can be seen some threads have completely come apart, but there is nothing missing therefore a really easy job to sew them back together in professional hands
slight tarnish from age and a couple moth holes on cloth backing
