    Description

    Vintage, usable ported QUICK bit with copper hood & cricket. Ervin Quick was the forerunner in making loose shank bits in the late “40’s”. This bit has 8” loose steel shanks—5” mouth—copper cricket that really “CRICKETS” as an aid in pacifying that nervous, perhaps barn sour or herd bound horse. Marked QUICK on inside of right shank. Although used, it still has lots of life left. Not bent, broken, or repaired. Comes with a leather and chain curb strap.
