Vintage TURNER FRAMED WALL ART VICTORIAN COURTING COUPLE SHABBY CHIC signed

Here is a wonderful vintage framed piece of artwork by Turner depicting a courting victorian couple.  This is what they call an "airbrush watercolor" which was made popular by the Turner company in the 1940's.  It is watercolored onto textured paper and signed.  Please pardon the glare from my camera...this is a very lovely piece of artwork.  It is dated "Feb 1942" on the back.  Colors are softly muted and exquisite.  Frame shows some wear but is perfect for the Shabby Chic or chippy style of decorating.
The Turner Manufacturing Company of Chicago produced several types of home art but went out of business in the early 1970's, making this a truly collectible piece.  They employed many artists who were able to create uniform work that stylistically became what the company was known for.
