Pre owned and in good condition considering its age. Has two minor repairs seen in photos (stitching came loose in one and a tear on the other). Slight even fading overall.
The waist actually measures 33" at the widest not "up to 35" as indicated in the label. I don't know why as the pants have not been taken in that i can see. Cinches down the a 26" waist.
