Otto Kerner Jr served as Illinois Governor 1961-1968. It is unknown for which campaign the ashtray is related.Two donkeys ears can hold one cigarette each. Measures 4 1/2" in diameter. Bottom reads "Illinois Deserves The Best, Illinois Needs Otto Kerner, Vote Democratic". Ashtray is in very good condition, see all pictures.
