How to use:
Take one sachet of the sole patch and one piece of the adhesive sheet.
Gently peel off the large part of the backing paper of the adhesive.
Leaving the small part of the paper attached for easier handling.
Remove the sole patch from its protective packaging.
Hold it with the label side facing down toward the adhesive sheet.
Carefully place the sole patch in the centre of the adhesive sheet either lengthwise or sideways.
Remove the remaining portion of backing paper and press the patch firmly to the adhesive.
Apply the sole patch to the area of the sole (either front, middle or end part) you wish to put on.
Press gently to ensure the patch is secure.
Now repeat the process for the other foot.
Once the application is complete on both feet, go to bed as normal.
Sole Patches should be left in place for eight hours or until the patches become discoloured and/or damp.
At the morning, remove the used patches and discard, thoroughly cleanse the feet.
