Tunic: Brownish-OD green melton type wool construction with OD green cotton lining inside body and blue striped white cotton ticking-type lining inside sleeves, mfg by BROWNING KING & CO. All buttons are intact and has the following insignia: US and 1st Infantry/Company G collar discs, US mfg screwback with original washers; and two double ribbon bars, pinback, WW1 Victory and American Legion, and unofficial Inter-Allied Victory and VFW. Several small moth holes to rear but nothing affecting frontal appearance.
Overseas cap: Coarse brownish-OD green wool with thin white cotton sweat band. Similar to those made in England under US Army contract, but no markings visible. Approx. size 7. Sweat band is dirty from use but no moth holes or other damage.
The 1st Infantry Regiment was a component of the 13th Division at Fort Lewis, Washington and never saw any overseas service. Ribbons indicate original owner probably wore it in post-war parades as a member of the American Legion and VFW. No names, laundry numbers or other identification. Nice clean basic WW1 uniform for display or for wear [if you're small enough to wear it!], in very good condition and one price gets all! Any questions please feel free to ask.
